Ensuring compliance and meeting industry standards

There is no “one size fits all” answer for meeting the various water needs in healthcare settings, which is why we work closely with you to ensure only the most fit for purpose technologies – either established and proven products or bespoke engineered solutions – are implemented.

This philosophy means that not only can we meet your exact requirements but we also help you to comply with the demands of all relevant legislation and regulations, including HTM 04-01, on both new build healthcare facilities and for upgraded or retrofitted systems.

Key facts:

SUEZ units consistently deliver the high purity and volume of water that we require. They’ve been problem-free since installation and thanks to the reverse osmosis unit alarm feature we are confident that in the event that a problem were to occur we would be alerted prior to the sterilisation process being affected, bringing us and our customers peace of mind.
Sandy Sayandan, Divisional Engineering Manager, IHSS- outsourced Sterilisation Services
SUEZ has worked closely with Mid Staffs hospital for more than 10 years, providing very good aftersales service and advice on matters relating to purified water. SUEZ was the Estate Department’s first choice provider and we are very pleased with the work completed.
