Accreditations and learning materials

Quality is key to our business and drives everything that we do, from our initial contact with customers, through development to production, sales and after sales support. Regulatory compliance is important to our business with changes being brought about by regulatory bodies for example, REACH and the Biocidal Products Regulations. Ensuring you are up to date with all these changes is an essential part of the service we provide to our customers and we’re able to achieve this through active membership of BSRIA steering groups and the British Association for Chemical Specialities.

Legionella Control Association (LCA)

SUEZ Water Conditioning Services (formerly B & V Water Treatment) have been members of the LCA since it was established. Registration with the LCA ensures companies meet high standards and the LCA membership requirements are improved annually. We believe that although membership of the LCA is not mandatory, being a member for 11 years shows our commitment to quality.

As a member of the LCA we agree to abide by their Code of Conduct.

Our long-standing commitment to legionella control and membership of the LCA has established us as experts in legionella control and we strive to pass that knowledge on to our customers. A key document that you may see referred to regularly in legionella control is the ACoP L8 code of Practice. Ensuring that your company adheres to the guidelines laid out in this document is essential to protecting your firm.
